Where can I park and is there a charge?

The nearest garage is the Boston Common Garage located at 0 Charles Street just a few blocks away. As of October 2016, weekday is $32 per 24-hour period. Weekends & Holidays are $18 until 8am the next day.

How close is the airport and how can I get to and from there?

Boston’s Logan Airport is less than four miles away with driving times between 15 and 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Guests can also take the Blue T line and transfer at Gov’t Center to the Green Line, getting off at Park Street. An average cab fare is around $35.Livery services can be booked through the reservations department.

Is breakfast included?

The “Beacon Hill Breakfast” option, which includes two eggs any style, side of sausage or bacon, toast, and a drink, is included in all reservations.

Is WiFi included?

Complementary WiFi is available throughout the building.

Are pets allowed?

Dogs under 30lbs are allowed. A $125 deep cleaning fee per-stay applies. The fee is waived for service animals with proper documentation

Do any rooms feature two beds?

Unfortunately all of our rooms have either one king or one king bed. However, the Beacon Hill Suite features a pull out sofa. Pack & plays and rollaways are available upon request. Not every room can accommodate for a rollaway so please reach out directly for more details.

What is the closest T station?

Park Street on the Red & Green Line is a few blocks away with a nice walk through the Boston Commons! Park Street also has an underground concourse to the Downtown Crossing Orange & Red Line stops. Charles/MGH on the Red Line is also just a few blocks away.

What are the check-in & check-out times?

Check-in is at 3pm and checkout is 11am.

What is the cancellation policy?

Seven days prior to the arrival date.

What is needed to guarantee a reservation?

A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a reservation.
